T 4M

T 4M featuring the flag ship of the KS AUDIO line of floor monitors.

The experience with the T 4M goes back more than 15 years and all users agree that its performance is unmatched in the industry. In these 15 years KS AUDIO has developed the T 4M into today's stage monitor masterpiece.

This 2-way bi-amped floor monitor excels at enormous clarity coupled with infinite power. Through the use of FIRTEC™ technology, the monitor has much less feedback than its competitors. As a result, highly regarded monitor technicians from the industry have praised the T 4M.

The dispersion properties are ideal for operation as a floor monitor. Due to the construction of the monitor and the applied MH-range horn, an even dispersion of 60° is created, both vertical as horizontal. It gives the artist great freedom of movement without the risk of feedback or reduced control. As with all KS AUDIO products, a great deal of development has gone into the correct acoustic coupling between the bass driver and the MH-range driver/horn combination. This way, the listener also experiences the T 4M as one loudspeaker.

Both the 12" long excursion low-mid speaker with a 4" voice coil and the 2" throat compression driver with a 4" diaphragm have strong but light Neodymium magnets. The 4” membrane of the compression driver consists of a special Material that has a clearly reduced distortion factor in comparison to a titanium membrane. As a result, the T 4M excels in linearity and high performance.

The T 4M is a bi-amped wedge, and maximum performance is achieved when it is combined with our TA 4D system amplifier and the F MOD or D MOD FIRTEC™ DSP which covers two bi-amped monitor channels.

The T 4M is of course available in a left and right version. In addition, the handle - on the woofer side of the enclosure - holds a pole mount. Furthermore, the enclosure has 4 M6 fittings to securely mount a mounting bracket, allowing the T 4M to be safely rigged.
The handles on both sides of the cabinet contain a SpeakON NL4 with which the T 4M can be easily looped together.
